With reference to our previous letter’s dated 22/01/2014 and 22/10/2014 regarding lawsuits between us & the International Investment Group, also the verdicts under the appeals (2290 and 2405-2005) from one hand, and the primary verdict for the lawsuit No. (21/2013 Comm/Civil/Total/Gov. 9) from another hand. Accordingly, we would like to inform you that we have completed the process of clearing and settlement for all the above cases and there is no longer any disputes list in this regard. As a result of this, we have retrieved an allocation amounted KWD 2,200,461 (Two millions two hundred thousand four hundred and sixty one Kuwaiti Dinars) that is no longer required. Such matter will reflect its impact on the last financial quarter of this year.
