• Tijara & Real Estate Investment General Assembly Meeting on 02/11/2015


KSE announces that the ordinary general assembly meeting of Tijara & Real Estate company is going to convene on Monday 02/11/2015 at 11:00am and at the company headquarter for the following:

1- Pursuing and approving the financial data of the second quarter ending 30/06/2015.

2- Amortize part of the total accumulated losses included in the consolidated statement of income for the second quarter ending 30/06/2015 and amounting KWD 8,241,012 by using the following:

a- General reserve KWD 2,793,231.

b- Legal Reserve KWD 3,640,756

c- Premium share issue KWD 47,418

For the total amortized losses to become KWD 6,481,405 and remaining accumulated losses to become KWD 1,759,607
